While Chef Suman's passion is for Indian and Contemporary Indian cooking, his career has seen him gain expertise in Modern European, Lebanese, and Pan-Asian cuisines. He has developed several unique and sophisticated signature dishes and has become proficient in preparing frozen Food Factories, diet food, and Ayurvedic healthy foods, ReadyTo Eat food products. Chef Suman has had the privilege of working with top global brands, conceptualized numerous restaurants, and crafted menus for a variety of establishments including bistros, lounges, cafes, QSRs, and sports bars. He has also appeared on several television cooking shows and authored numerous articles on healthy eating for publications like Miday, Times of India, The Economic Times, etc. Additionally, Chef Suman has been Keen in developing Indian Food Into QSR Format.
